(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Spartanburg, SC.• Provide trash can liners, restroom toiletries and paper products, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and dispensers.• Provide all cleaning equipment, chemicals, supplies, and labor necessary to perform the services described herein, unless otherwise stated.• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean receptacles as needed.• Sweep all hard–surface floors, respond to spills or soiling reported during the business day, and mop when appropriate.• Vacuum entrance mats and other high–traffic carpeted areas each business day.• Wipe and disinfect all high–touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, tables, desks, counters, switches).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 12, 2026.
