EQU-18980 - USA (West Simsbury, Connecticut) - Fire Alarm System Assessment and Design Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm system assessment and design services to the government authority located in West Simsbury, CT.– Fire alarm design professionals to evaluate the condition, performance, and code compliance of existing fire alarm systems at eight of our Town buildings and to recommend, specify and design a comprehensive system upgrade.– Conduct site visits to each facility to perform a comprehensive inventory of all fire alarm system components.– Condition assessment and life cycle evaluation.– Code compliance review.– Performance and suitability analysis.– Develop a comprehensive set of bid documents for system upgrades and replacements to the fire protection systems in our eight identified buildings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid walk through will be held on August 4, 2026.
