EXTRA-73031 - USA (Fayetteville, North Carolina) - Comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment and Improvement Plan Service - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive facility condition assessment and improvement plan service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, NC.  – Inspect, evaluate, collect and report on the overall condition of county facilities to include interior, mechanical, electrical, roofing, envelope and structure of buildings, and ADA accommodations.– Develop a strategic, multi–year capital improvement plan for all buildings.– Accomplish all tasks as listed below and throughout this regarding capacity, strategic planning,– Regulatory requirements, development of standards, and technology and data management tools.– Develop a comprehensive, multiyear capital improvement plan with timelines and cost estimates for replacement and or refurbishment of all systems and structures.– The vendor’s comprehensive plan shall have accurate documentation of installation dates to forecast the remaining service life and replacement cycles for all major building systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
