The City is seeking a third-party to report and manage credits generated through the California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) program in order to maximize revenue generation. The City will also consider proposals from firms that are able to both purchase Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and provide Renewable Identification Number (RIN) credits, in addition to managing the LCFS program.
