EXTRA-72902 - USA (Evans, Colorado) - Water Master Plan Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide water master plan service to the government authority located in Evans, CO.         – The consultant will gather, review, and validate all available data and records pertaining to the potable and non–potable water distribution systems.– Professional engineering firms to develop a comprehensive water master plan for its potable and non–potable water systems.– Conduct comparable pressure zone analyses for the non–potable systems, addressing delivery pressures and distribution performance across their respective service areas.– Review available documentation, including as–built drawings, GIS data layers, hydraulic model files, operational records, maintenance histories, and prior planning studies.– Demand analysis and population projections.– Capital improvement program development.– Data collection and system inventory.– Hydraulic modelling.– Water master plan report.– Pressure zone analysis.– Financial analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026(3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
