CSE-25076 - USA (Duluth, Minnesota) - Security Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Duluth, MN.• Observe operations areas, including stairwells and waiting areas, parking areas, loading zones, other areas of property not accessible to the public to ensure safe and secure operations.• Intervene in disagreements or behaviour that is not consistent with standards and code of conduct.• Report any criminal activity to local authorities and follow directions from the first responders until they are on–site.• Use de–escalation tactics to diffuse angry people.• Work with agency staff and local authorities to document people trespassing or conducting illegal activity.• If requested by the project manager to perform security patrol of other property.• Report any unsafe driving with regards to buses speeding or causing property damage. (2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
