(1) Vendor needs to provide audio and video production services. – Production services shall include, but are not limited to:– Live video production.– Live camera switching and direction.– Operation of LED video boards.– Instant or event replay capabilities.– Display of contestant information, scores, timing results, sponsor advertisements, videos, graphics, and other content.– Integration with rodeo timing and scoring systems.– Professional audio production throughout the rodeo facility.– Wireless and wired microphone support.– Music and prerecorded audio playback.– Audio support for opening ceremonies, specialty acts, announcements, and presentations.– Troubleshooting and technical support throughout all scheduled events.– Video production requirements:– Utilizes multiple camera angles throughout the rodeo grounds to capture live rodeo action, contestant performances, crowd interaction, opening ceremonies, specialty acts, sponsor content, and other elements of the event.– Video and advertising content:– Production system shall have the capability to receive and display commonly used digital advertising and video formats supplied by the city, sponsors, and event partners.– Audio production requirements:– Provide a professional sound reinforcement system capable of providing clear and consistent audio for approximately 5,000 spectators throughout.– Additional wireless or wired microphones.– Opening ceremony microphone needs.– National anthem performer microphone.– Wireless microphone connections for rodeo judges.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
