Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide ReEmployME application support, maintenance, and enhancements services to the government authority located in Maine.– Shall provide comprehensive application development, maintenance, operations, and infrastructure support for the State’s case management system (ReEmployME application) and all supporting components, regardless of original developer. Services include:i. Perfective (enhancement) maintenance ii. Corrective, adaptive, and preventative maintenance iii. Production support and monitoring iv. Change Managementv. Security and compliance vi. Infrastructure and cloud operations (AWS) vii. Audit and reporting support– Provide Emergency support services 24x7 for the duration of a declared emergency or disaster as determined by the State– Real–time monitoring and incident response–The platform will provide a seamless, omnichannel user experience that is intuitive, accessible, and responsive. Leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence, and user–centered design, the system will enable personalized interactions, proactive notifications, and improved service delivery.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
