FOOD-10748 - USA (Fort McCoy, Wisconsin) - Cafeteria Food Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide cafeteria food services to the government authority located in Fort McCoy, WI.– Provide commercial food services and food during each of the two (2) academy class sessions– Each class session will last twenty–two weeks (22), and the Contractor shall provide services during this period within the designated dining hall or other areas as directed– Cadets are supplied with meals three (3) times a day, seven (7) days a week, while in residence.– Total number of meals provided can vary from month to month, from a low of 6,000 to a high of 10,000 depending on the number of Cadets enrolled each day of the month and the number and type of events scheduled for that month(2) A mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on July 30, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
