(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site physical therapy services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.– Provide physical therapy services for injuries as a part self–funded Workers’ Compensation Program and operational readiness initiatives.– Provide experienced on–site physical therapy providers available to provide injury identification, treatment, and recovery for employees.– Provide orthopaedic injury identification, treatment, and recovery.– Provide full–time personnel to staff a location used for physical therapy, providing all of the necessary equipment to operate a fully functional physical therapy treatment facility.– Provide a physical site to house the equipment, staff, and treatment area.– Provide physical therapy services focused on musculoskeletal injuries and provide solutions for a quick, safe return to duty.– Same–day treatment as hours and time allow.– Provide care on a one–to–one basis.– Provide evidence of improved injury recovery over traditional workers compensation processes.
