DISPOS-9772 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Food and Green Waste Recycling and Recovery Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide food and green waste recycling and recovery services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – The contractor shall pickup food from locations that is intended for human consumption, or as otherwise defined.– Acceptable food items include non–perishable foods, shelf–stable packaged foods (e.g., canned, boxed, or packaged foods), perishable foods, dry foods, refrigerated foods (e.g., produce, dairy, juice, meat), and frozen foods.– Food waste and green waste materials, as defined for the purposes of this agreement, shall include to food and food residuals; coffee grounds and filters; meat and bones; food soiled paper, cardboard, and milk and juice containers; egg crates; sawdust; grass; leaves; and pruning’s.– Food recovery collection may be combined with food and green waste collection schedules.– To divert edible food, food waste, and green waste materials from landfill disposal as required.– Provide food recovery collection on an as–needed basis. – Food and green waste recycling. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07,2026.
