(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities master plan service to the government authority located in Auburn, NY. • Data gathering & analysis: review existing architectural plans, previous master plans, strategic plans, and campus utilization data.• Space utilization study: analyze how current academic, administrative, and student life spaces are used to identify spatial inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.• Stakeholder engagement: conduct interviews, focus groups, and surveys with students, faculty, staff, and the board of trustees.• Strategic alignment: ensure physical spaces align with long–term academic visions, evolving workforce development goals and community partnerships.• Technology & Accessibility Updates: Ensure proposed layouts feature modern IT infrastructure, meet ADA compliance standards, and accommodate growing virtual learning needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 14, 20267(3) The contract period will be for one year.
