Site preparation, including installation of temporary erosion control measures, surface and tree root protection, selective tree removal, and demolition. Installation of approximately 41-linear feet boulder toe with soil lift. Site restoration of approximately 700-square yards, including floodplain benching, additional grading, seeding, fencing, resetting landscape and hardscape features, installation of erosion control fabric and coir blankets.
