(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Alabama. • Vacuum all carpeting, including carpet mats, in traffic lanes.• Clean and polish drinking fountain/water dispenser.• Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces: including desktops, telephones, files, windowsills, chairs, tables and all manner of furnishing in above named areas.• Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and damp wipe with disinfectant.• Empty trash receptacles and wipe if needed.• Clean and polish mirrors.• Wipe towel cabinet covers, and dispensers.• Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out. Polish bright work.• Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides and disinfected.• Scour and disinfect all basins. Polish bright work.
