(1) Vendor needs to provide superintendent search firm service to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. – Provide a detailed search work plan and schedule and identify the search firm, the board of education and staff members' roles throughout the search process.– Provide and support a comprehensive superintendent transition plan that ensures organizational stability and seamless leadership integration through the new superintendent's first year.– Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support for the interview process, stakeholder input, site visits, and the final selection negotiations.– Provide a suggested format for the interview process and develop a list of potential interview questions.– To obtain a superintendent search firm that best meets the qualifications as determined.– Actively recruit individuals who have a high probability of success.– Assist the board of education in preparing the profile for superintendent, after community input.– Placement guarantee.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.
