TELCOM-3018 - USA (Paterson, New Jersey) - Pots-Over-Fiber Telephone Line Management Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pots–over–fiber telephone line management services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ. • Assume full management of these lines, including infrastructure oversight, billing administration, and maintenance coordination with Verizon, to improve service reliability, ensure billing accuracy, and reduce the administrative burden on district technology staff.• Managed Lines: 114 total Verizon POTS–over–fiber lines serving Paterson Public School District facilities, currently administered by the Department of Technology.• Service Scope: Full management of Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC), Long Distance, Local Long Distance (LLD), Tolls, statutory taxes, regulatory fees, and associated POTS–over–fiber infrastructure (Optical Network Terminals and supporting hardware) for all managed lines.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 22, 2026.
