(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual systems to the government authority located in West Virginia.– Provide comprehensive design assist, procurement, installation, programming, testing, commissioning, training, and warranty services.– A/V equipment includes:• Sound Systems• Speakers and Pendant Loudspeakers• Amplifiers• Video display screens/TVs• A/V Control Systems• Cabling for Audio and Controls– Areas will require dedicated audio, video, data, and communications systems to ensure seamless coordination among broadcasters, coaches, game officials, production personnel, and stadium staff.– Develop signal flow diagrams identifying signal routing, interfaces, and system functionality.– Identify and document network connectivity requirements, including bandwidth, switching, and integration needs.– Develop installation details and typical mounting details required for system implementation.– Develop and provide equipment recommendations, including proposed manufacturers, model numbers, system configurations, and performance specifications.– AV systems shall be fully coordinated with the project's graphics program, experiential display elements, architectural finishes, furnishings, lighting, and other adjacent materials and systems to achieve a unified user experience.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
