(1) Vendor needs to provide drug dispensing smart cart service to the government authority located in Suffern, NY. – Provide new medication dispensing smart cart for training in simulated medication administration management.– Utilize 3AM Technologies SimServeRx Smart Cart and SimServeRx software platform.– Ensure consistency in student training and evaluation, any additional smart carts purchased, should utilize the same platform, software and user interface as their existing SimServeRx system.– All Carts must utilize or integrate with the SimServeRx software platform.– Must provide the same medication dispensing workflow and user experience as the college’s existing SimServeRx smart cart.– Comprehensive realistic experience, that mirrors real–world med–pass processes.– Include full inventory control, user access management, patient profiling and eMAR (electronic medication administration record) functionality, that allows educators to simulate complex workflows, including barcode scanning, medication orders and detailed reporting.– Provide automated drawer access based on user credentials and patient orders, simulating realworld med–pass protocols.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
