(1) Vendor needs to provide industrial noise and acoustical standards consulting services to the government authority located in Johnson, KS.– Project is intended to help ensure that future policy decisions are supported by current engineering practices, practical implementation strategies, and objective technical analysis.– Assess whether existing regulations adequately address modern industrial facilities.– Develop practical, technically sound, and legally defensible recommendations.– Develop multiple regulatory alternatives.– Review current acoustical science and municipal best practices.– Evaluation of current acoustical science, municipal best practices, and regulatory options before determining whether amendments to the city's noise ordinance are appropriate.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
