(1) Vendor needs to provide water treatment plant siding and window replacement services to the government authority located in Alcoa, TN.– Remove old board siding.– Install new trim that matches the existing Hardie board in the places where these two different sidings meet.– Install hat channel strips fastened to metal studs.– Add ¾” semi–permeable polystyrene foam insulation board.– Install approx. 9400 square feet of metal board and batten siding. – Replace (8) exterior windows with comparable replacement windows.– Frame under existing sills to bring bottom of existing window up and off the brick ledge. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
