MEDI-8062 - USA (Porterville, California) - Infectious Disease Specialist Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide infectious disease specialist services to the government authority located in Porterville, CA.• Contractor will conduct up to, but not more than, 10 clinics during the term of this agency• A clinic can range from 1–4 hours in duration, dependent on needs.• A clinic shall consist of in–person care of individuals by Contractor during any given day.• Contractor agrees to provide documentation of clinical examinations and/or procedures performed as follows:Consultation:– Written reports will include results of examinations conducted, including lab tests– Results of evaluations– Conclusions, including diagnosis– Recommendations for treatment, including rationale– Recommendations for follow–up, treatment, observations and/or return to clinic(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
