(1) Vendor needs to provide market intelligence and technology forecasting platform.• provide twelve (12) full–suite, enterprise–level digital subscriptions delivering secure, unclassified, web–based portal access to an integrated defense market intelligence and equipment technology forecasting platform.• The platform must provide comprehensive, validated, open–source intelligence spanning global military equipment specifications, defense budgets, procurement programs, and long–term market forecasts• Web Infrastructure and Accessibility: The subscription shall provide web–based access for authorized Government users and shall not require installation of proprietary client software on Government–furnished endpoints.• Integrated Support, Simulation & Analytical Services– Sim & Training: Data on synthetic virtual training environments, full–mission flight simulators, combat vehicle crew simulators, weapon system trainers, and distributed simulation architectures.– Services: Technical customer support, query assistance, analyst consultation, and vendor subject–matter–expert (SME) support for system navigation and database extraction.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
