Legal Services for Charter Review Commission

The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to serve as the solicitor for the City’s Charter Review Commission to the City’ of Reading, as further detailed throughout this RFQ in clusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment C “ Contract” and all terms and conditions of thi s RFQ a s well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder. The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit proposals from firms or attorneys to serve as the solicitor the City’s Charter Review Commission. The commission will meet regularly for 6 to 12 months culminating in a report which sets forth certain amendments to be included on during an upcoming election as referendums.
