(1) Vendor needs to provide online assessment and test management systems.• The testing platform shall be compatible with a variety of electronic devices used for student testing, including desktop computers, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, and other supported web–enabled devices.• The system shall provide a consistent, secure, and reliable testing experience across all supported platforms.• Test creation and management functions;• Student test administration within a secure testing environment;• User roles and permissions;• Accessibility and accommodation features;• Reporting and data export capabilities;• Lockdown browser compatibility; and• Any other functionality necessary to demonstrate compliance with therequirements of this solicitation.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
