(1) Vendor needs to provide online surplus auction services to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, OK. – Provide a program for online surplus auctions. – Security means in place to eliminate bidder manipulation.– Marketing services.– Reporting options.– Customer service and support.– Ability to dispose of surplus property to include to:• Office equipment, office furniture, office supplies, etc.• Cars, trucks, heavy equipment and other vehicles.• Computers, monitors and printers.• Maintenance equipment and supplies.• Vehicle parts.• Public safety radio equipment that may include subscriber units and fixed infrastructure devices.• Law Enforcement surplus items.• Miscellaneous specialized and unique items.– Provide the technical components of the program including: • Hardware and software.• Technical support and installation.• Training in the use of the proposed system.• Troubleshooting and maintenance.• Customer support.• Billing and financial reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 04, 2026.
