(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and operational improvement service to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.                    – Provide financial education and implement financial and operational improvement projects to address billing & coding, and market share/outmigration analysis.– Project is to the overall financial health of critical access hospitals through technical assistance and sustainable action plans.– This required program area focuses on improving critical assess hospitals financial stability, operations, and efficiency. – Work on the statewide needs assessment may range from intensive data collection and analysis for a systematic, in–depth statewide needs assessment to plan a new period of performance to a brief annual review of new data in the context of an existing assessment to ensure that planned activities are responsive to current critical access hospitals needs. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
