DRA-11685 - USA (California) - Classification and Compensation Survey Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation survey services to the government authority located in California.– Demonstrate expertise in conducting comprehensive public sector compensation studies and must propose a methodology that includes benchmark–based analysis and internal alignment of other classifications.– Present multiple compensation analysis methodologies and philosophies, including but not limited to unadjusted salaries of comparable classifications, regional and geographic adjustments, and other relevant compensation models used across comparable public agencies(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
