Vendor needs to provide computerised maintenance management system.1. Asset and equipment management:– Maintain a complete asset list / register based around an asset tag / identifier.– Support asset / equipment hierarchy / templates (e.g. windfarm has multiple wind turbines) to allow for easy definition of assets and hierarchy.– Equipment history register.2. Stock items, inventory and spare parts:– Maintain a centralised catalogue of all spare parts and consumables, including part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and storage locations.– Provide real–time visibility into stock levels, stock movements, and reorder requirements.– Allow for automatic or manual re–ordering based on minimum/maximum stock thresholds or usage rates.– Enable tracking of part usage history to support lifecycle costing and predictive maintenance.3. Work order management:– Manage the full lifecycle of work orders originating from maintenance requests, planned schedules, or unplanned breakdowns.– Allow work orders to be created, scheduled, updated, and closed across all asset types.4. Planning and scheduling:– Create and manage master schedule details within a planning register.– Define and manage working days, standard task times, and standard costs.5. Purchasing:– Enable the creation and management of purchase requisitions and purchase orders linked to work orders, stock replenishment, or ad–hoc purchases.– Allow for multiple delivery addresses and tracking of delivery status against each PO.– Provide audit trails of all purchasing transactions, approvals, and changes.
