(1) Vendor needs to provide academic operations platform. – Provide a comprehensive academic operations platform that integrates academic scheduling, curriculum management, catalog administration, analytics, event and space scheduling, workflow automation, and institutional planning into a single enterprise solution. – Agency seeks a scalable, user–friendly platform that enhances operational efficiency, supports data–informed decision–making, improves the student experience, and integrates with the agency's existing enterprise systems. • Enterprise system integration: proposed platform shall integrate with the agency’s existing enterprise systems.• Academic scheduling and analytics: provide tools to support academic schedule planning, optimization, and analysis.– Schedule generation and optimization– Identification of scheduling conflicts– Detection of prerequisite bottlenecks– Identification of concurrent course conflicts– Enrollment trend analysis– Historical demand forecasting• Curriculum management and catalog: The platform shall support curriculum development, review, approval, and publication workflows.– Electronic curriculum proposal workflows– Committee review and approval routing– Workflow permissions and notifications– Version tracking/audit history• Event, room, and space scheduling: The platform shall provide campus event and space management functionality.– Classroom scheduling– Event request workflows– Room/resource scheduling– Room setup coordination• Workflow and permissions management: the platform should provide configurable workflow management tools that:– Allow non–technical users to create or modify workflows.– Support role–based permissions.– Support approval routing.• Implementation services: provide a detailed implementation plan.• Training and support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
