(1) Vendor needs to provide substance use and prevention services to the government authority located in Sussex, NJ.1. Prevention services:– Funding media campaigns to prevent opioid misuse including public education campaigns and information about services and treatments available in the community.– Funding community anti–drug coalitions that engage in drug prevention efforts.– School–based prevention efforts.2. Intervention services:– Early identification and referral for individuals at risk.– Outpatient treatment for co–occuring mental health/substance use disorders, to include Trauma and PTSD, using evidence–based treatment methods including EMDR.– Family support and counselling services.– School–based interventions.– Peer support services.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
