MEDI-8128 - USA (Woodbury, New Jersey) - Podiatry Services - Deadline December 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide podiatry services to the government authority located in Woodbury, NJ. – Provide podiatry services to the residents of nursing home in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.– The podiatrist will provide a copy of their current license and current malpractice insurance– The podiatrist or his/her designee will notify the facility director of nursing of any change in services that affect the facility’s residents, including but not limited to any change in podiatrists or coverage of vacation if needed.– The implementation and following of all wound care from toes to knee in conjunction with the wound care practitioner.– The ability to use the sigma care system by writing orders and imputing documentation into the system for the residents.– Scheduled visits monthly with all residents to be seen at least quarterly.– Emergency visits on a when needed basis.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
