(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare pricing data analytics and machine–readable file management platform. – Provide comprehensive, AI–enabled specialized solution capable of ingesting and transforming large, complex payer transparency files into structured, provider–friendly data while also enabling end–to–end contract management, including storage, tracking, and ongoing administration of all agreements and amendments.– The selected vendor will provide a platform that leverages the power of artificial intelligence to enable efficient, centralized and organized contract management.– The solution must allow to store, organize, and easily locate all contracts, amendments, and related documents.– The system should support intelligent tagging of key contract provisions, reimbursement terms, and payer–specific requirements, as well as integration of payer policies to ensure a comprehensive and searchable contract platform.– The system should house all applicable fee schedules and reimbursement methodologies and enable side–by–side comparisons against payer transparency data.– The system must support contract modeling tools that allow users to simulate reimbursement scenarios and prepare counterproposals during payer negotiations.– The solution must support analysis of historical facility and professional claims data to evaluate reimbursement performance and payer payment patterns.– The system must provide a centralized, searchable repository for storing payer contracts and reimbursement terms.– The system must support exporting datasets and reports into commonly used formats for additional analysis.– The solution must be delivered as a secure cloud–based Software–as–a–Service platform accessible to authorized users.– The system must be capable of ingesting large payer machine–readable transparency files from multiple payers.– Vendors must provide tools and processes used to monitor system performance and service reliability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026.(3) Pre–bid virtual meeting will be held on July 30, 2026.
