EXTRA-72825 - USA (Coconut Creek, Florida) - Emergency Hotel Room Services for Disaster and Inclement Weather - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency hotel room services for disaster and inclement weather to the government authority located in Coconut Creek, FL.                             – To provide short–term, non–congregate emergency shelter accommodations following disasters, extreme weather events, and other emergency situations requiring before, during and after storm housing for essential City staff members.– To establish contracts with one or more qualified hotel providers to ensure the availability of safe and accessible temporary lodging during emergency response and recovery operations.– The city intends to enter into agreements with hotels throughout the Coconut Creek area to provide adequate geographic coverage and operational flexibility.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
