Re-Posting Request for Prequalification Applications for Bidders on the Green Oak Trunk Sewer Replacement Project - Phases 1 & 2

Notice is hereby given that the Buena Sanitation District (District) has determined that all Contractors and Trenchless Subcontractors (collectively referred to as “Bidders”) on the Green Oak Trunk Sewer Replacement Project to be undertaken by the District must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid on the Project. To be qualified to bid on the Green Oak Trunk Sewer Replacement Project, Bidders must fully comply with the requirements of this request for qualifications and score a passing rating. No bid will be accepted from Bidders that have not been prequalified by the District. Bidders for this work will be required to have a valid Class A contractor's license issued by the California State Contractor's License Board at the time of bidding pursuant to Business & Professions Code Section 7025.15(e). Any Bidder not so licensed shall be subject to all legal penalties imposed by law, including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors’ State License Board. Any contractor or subcontractor that previously submitted their qualifications for this Project, under the RFQ with a closing deadline of July 22, 2020, is not required to resubmit under this RFQ for prequalification.
