(1) Vendor needs to provide print and mailing services to the government authority located in CA.   – Printing of customer notifications including letters, envelopes, postcards, and tri–fold mailers.– Bulk mailing of customer notices, which includes at least two annual customer bulk mailings and ongoing mailings to new customer accounts.– Printing and mailing services as needed, including to promotional materials such as banners and promotional items.– Printing in various formats such as letters and postcards.– Print on recycled stock.– Printing of banners, banner stands, and other display items.– Tracking and reporting of progress and costs.     – Printing and fabrication of promotional items.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
