The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for in-car computer system hardware and software to support Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Report Preparation (MRP), digital In-Car video, Automated License Plate Recognition (LPR) as well as other secondary law enforcement support applications. To complete this acquisition, the City seeks a vendor that will provide an operational solution that is highly effective and reliable. In this context, implementation refers to all efforts required to provide a complete and functioning system.
