(1) Vendor needs to provide parking and transportation services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC. • Transportation specifications:– Century farm celebration event. At the fair managers discretion, there will be a century farm celebration which requires the vendor to move guests from carter finley stadium to the hunt horse complex and back from 07:00 am to typically 08:00 pm (until guests clear).– Gates 3, 8, 10 shuttle, hours of operation 6:00am until gates clear.– Dogwood transportation hours of operation 8:00am until gates clear.– Carter finley lot c (employee and staff parking to gates 3 and 12) hours of operation 6:00am until gates clear.• Parking specifications:– Dogwood parking lot– Cardinal parking lot– Livestock and livestock overflow parking(2) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25,2026.
