Pretrial Employment Services

The Contra Costa County Probation Pretrial Services Unit seeks to procure through this Request for Proposal (RFP) comprehensive employment services for justice-involved individuals released from jail to pretrial services monitoring while awaiting trial. The project aims to break down significant barriers to employment, such as criminal records, skills deficits, and socioeconomic instability, through targeted vocational training, job counseling, readiness programs, and placement referrals.
