(1) Vendor needs to provide AI chatbot supported kiosks supplies and service.• Purchase of two self–service customer pedestal commercial grade kiosks with multi language AI chatbot support improving access to justice for self–represented litigants, reducing financial and language barriers, and expanding self–service capabilities.• Commercial–grade touchscreen self–service kiosks with multi–language AI chatbot support, together with the software platform, integrations, and implementation and support services.• An AI–powered chatbot (Avatar AI Assistant) for guided service flows and e–filing assistance.• A cloud–based content management system enabling staff to update kiosk content.• Multi–language interface support (English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, with access to other languages• Integration with the existing e–Pay and customer access portal for payment processing.• An analytics and reporting dashboard• Self–service kiosk application configured for court records, court forms, e–filing, FAQs, wayfinding, and payments(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 20, 2026.
