EXTRA-72896 - USA (Holland, Michigan) - Feasibility Study Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility study service to the government authority located in Holland, MI.– Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and implementation plan for the potential expansion of public transportation services.         – The study shall evaluate the viability of countywide transit service and provide a strategic roadmap for implementation.– Provide technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, operational planning, financial evaluation, and implementation guidance necessary to support informed decision–making.– Assess existing conditions and pinpoint barriers to implementation.– Public, municipal, and stakeholder engagement summary.– Evaluate the feasibility of expanding services.– Develop a roadmap for implementation as part of the final report.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for two years.
