EXTRA-74031 - USA (Burlington, Wisconsin) - City Assessment Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide city assessment services to the government authority located in Burlington, WI– Form a strategic partnership with the selected Assessor in a way that best utilizes City resources and creates a seamless delivery of service from the customer perspective– Assessor shall complete revaluation, statutory assessor, and full–value maintenance services for all taxable real property within the City for the term of the agreement.– Assessor will perform all the work required to properly and professionally assess the real property of the City– Assessor will review and assess new construction as of January 1st of the current year.– Assessor shall update and maintain 100% real property assessment records for the City.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
