Description
The Contractor shall provide water treatment chemicals to the Moores Bridges and Kristen M. Lentz Water Treatment Plants (WTP) on an as-needed basis. The lowest bidder for each line item will be required to submit analysis of materials that meet all below-stated chemical requirements prior to award. Bidders who provide materials that fail to meet these requirements will be found nonresponsive, and the contract will be awarded to the next lowest bidder for that line item.
