(1) Vendor needs to provide brain health services program evaluation services to the government authority located in Bloomington, MN.– Provides services through licensed clinicians, supervised graduate clinical therapy interns, crisis follow–up, care coordination, warm handoffs, and community partnerships.– Include mental health symptoms, overall well–being, daily functioning, coping, relationships, and ability to manage mental health needs.– Analyses should consider sample–size, data–quality, equity, and confidentiality limitations.– Review the program logic model, referral and service workflows, existing measures, client volume, data systems, and relevant program documents.– Develop a feasible prospective evaluation design, including cohort eligibility and selection, enrollment targets, the enrollment cutoff, measurement intervals, participant–retention strategies, analysis methods, and an implementation schedule.– Develop a clear, trauma–informed operational definition and measurement approach for subsequent mental health crises and acute–care use.– Evaluator will recommend the final follow–up intervals and identify the number or proportion of participants reasonably expected to reach each interval during the contract.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
