(1) Vendor needs to provide pavement asset management software. – Provide commercially available pavement management solutions, including cloud–based, on–premises, and other technology platforms that support comprehensive pavement asset management. – Agency seeking information regarding commercially available pavement management systems and related implementation services.– Information received through this Request for Information (RFI) will help the agency better understand the current marketplace, available technologies, implementation approaches, system integration capabilities, data migration considerations, vendor experience, and industry best practices.  – Implement a comprehensive pavement management system that supports pavement asset inventory, condition assessment, lifecycle modeling, project prioritization, budget forecasting, reporting, and long–term pavement preservation planning. • Requested information:– Implement a comprehensive pavement management system that supports pavement asset inventory, condition assessment, lifecycle modeling, project prioritization, budget forecasting, reporting, and long–term pavement preservation planning. • Functional capabilities of the proposed pavement management solution, including asset inventory management, PCI data management, deterioration modeling, treatment recommendations, project prioritization, budget scenario analysis, GIS mapping, dashboards, and reporting.– Can your system develop pavement treatment recommendations, deterioration models, and project prioritization.– Can your system's ability to optimize pavement preservation programs under varying budget scenarios, funding constraints, performance targets, and policy objectives.– Can any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or predictive analytics capabilities incorporate into your pavement management system and how they improve engineering decision–making.– Describe available dashboards, reporting tools, and executive–level performance metrics.– Can workflows, business rules, deterioration models, treatment strategies, scoring methodologies, and reporting can be configured by the agency without vendor assistance.– Can engineers, analysts, managers, and decision–makers interact with your system to support day–to–day pavement management activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
