(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering, surveying and environmental permitting services to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL. • Professional services shall include:– Utility locations.– Survey and mapping services.– Geotechnical Investigations needed for design and construction activities.– Design revisions to reflect any changes in existing conditions from 30% design plans dated september 2024.– Preparation of construction documents at 60, 90, and 100% designs.– Opinion of probable construction costs at 60 and 90% design. – Preparation of required permit applications.• Tasks:– Project initiation.– Data collection: collect survey, natural resource and geotechnical data within the project area to support engineering and regulatory permitting services.– Engineering and design and opinions of probable construction costs.– Permitting.– Project management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
