(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Southport, NC. – The selected Broker will provide real estate brokerage services to the agency on an as–needed basis.– Services may include, but are not limited to, the sale or other disposition of City–owned real property, and should the agency choose to acquire property, the identification and acquisition of property for agency uses.– Evaluate agency–owned properties identified by the agency and provide a broker price opinion or comparative market analysis for each.– List and market properties, including listing, signage, and other customary marketing, and show properties to prospective buyers.– Analyse the market, provide guidance on price, and represent the agency in negotiations with a prospective seller from the time of offer to, and including closing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
