(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–admission screening and resident review service to the government authority located in OH. – Perform statewide individual Level II Pre–Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) evaluations of individuals with indications of Serious Mental Illness (SMI), including those who are dually–diagnosed with SMI and a Developmental Disability (DD) as mandated by the federal government, to determine whether individuals and residents of Nursing Facilities (NF)s who have indications of SMI require NF services and specialized services for mental illness. • Data management system: Provide, implement and maintain a scalable and comprehensive data management system.• PASRR evaluators and evaluations.• Categorical PASRR evaluations• Evaluation report – form and structure• Supporting documents for PASRR applications • Provide and maintain an infrastructure to support the effective completion of Statewide PASRR Level II evaluations for individuals with indications of SMI• Providing administrative support• Establish quality assurance program(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
