EXTRA-74152 - USA (Atlantic, New Jersey) - Planning Consultant Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide planning consultant services to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.– Services shall include, but are not limited to the assistance in the development of administrative procedures pertaining to the powers and duties for land use in the tourist district.– Review and evaluate complex plans prepared by developers, consultants, utilities and others.– Review applications for alterations and new construction, new uses for existing facilities and requests to subdivide or consolidate parcels within the tourism district.– Assist in the development owned land in city.– Examine site plans, traffic studies, specifications, designs, cost estimates, proposals and legal descriptions for a variety of proposed development plans as submitted by private developers or other public agencies within the tourism district.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
