(1) Vendor needs to provide land use attorney services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Advising municipalities, boards, commissions, and staff on zoning, planning, subdivision, inland wetlands, and related land use matters.– Interpretation and implementation of state land use statutes and regulations.– Support related to affordable housing applications and appeals.– Review of enforcement actions and zoning compliance matters.– Litigation support or representation, if requested by an individual municipality.– Guidance regarding procedural requirements, public hearing processes, and statutory timelines.– Preparation of legal opinions for municipal clients.– Coordination with municipal staff, consultants, and regional entities.– Guidance regarding compliance with adopted state legislation affecting zoning and land use practices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
