(1) Vendor needs to provide universal service programs impact evaluation to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.                    – Provides natural gas service to approximately 502,000 active accounts within the city, using 6,000 miles of gas mains and services.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(4) The contract period will be two years.
